- Is MilTransitionCare free?
- Yes — every feature is completely free for all veterans and transitioning service members. No paywalls, no limits.
- How do I reset my password?
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." Your data is permanently removed within 30 days per our privacy policy.
- The AI features aren't responding — what do I do?
- Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, email us at support@miltransitioncare.net with a description of the problem.
- How do I export my resume or cover letter?
- After generating your document, tap the "Export PDF" button at the bottom of the screen. You can save it to your device or share it directly.
